--- Comment #2 from [email protected] --- Is there a way to improve the functionality of table formatting in Writer? Currently, it is difficult to re-size tables. I am aware that table columns can be modified with certain keyboard combinations. However, it is difficult to edit a table in Writer. In MS Word, I can insert a table and then resize using elements on the sides or corners of the table. As I do this, the table can rearrange the content of cells to fit accordingly. Further, in MS Word, I can adjust the sides of any cell to redistribute cell dimensions within the table. This is especially useful when trying to present data clearly. However, in LibreOffice Writer, editing tables is comparatively limited and cumbersome.
