Modified version of the example

Here a second pivot table was added using the myData table as source.

This works, but only because the import changes it to a direct cell range
A1:C30.

This is just to show a missing feature: in Excel, the pivot tables source can
be a named range or table, but in Calc only the named range is supported when
creating a new pivot.

So the first step would be to add support for creating pivot tables (Data -
Pivot table - Insert or Edit) from Database Range names (see Data - Select
Range, the "myData" table name is mapped to these).
