When going into Tools --> Options --> Appearance --> Application Background and
changing the colour to something other than the default in Libreoffice Draw,
nothing happens.
When doing the same thing in Writer or Impress, the application background
changes colour (the desired behaviour).
I also have noticed this problem in the Libreoffice 3.4 series.
