Open a Writer file in a folder you didn't use for last Writer file.
Go to "File" → "Save As".
Folder for last saved Writer file will be opened.
Expected behavior:
Folder for the current opened Writer file will be opened.

will show the buggy behavior, also newer versions.
Older versions like LO 7.6 will show the folder for current file.
