            Bug ID: 166161
Summary: save display dimensions & position of each document
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 24.2.7.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: medium
         Component: UI
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
Currently only the display dimensions and position of the last libreoffice
document saves is used when loading a document.

Would like at least the option to use the display dimensions & position of each
document the next time the same document is loaded.

In other words, document A would use the display dimensions & position of
document A, the next time it is loaded, and document B would use the
corresponding values for document B.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load document A
2. Change the display dimensions and/or position.
3. save document A
4. Load document B

Actual Results:
Document B has the same display dimensions & position as document A had when
saved, which differs from the corresponding values when document A was loaded.

Expected Results:
What is wanted :
Document B would have the same display dimensions & position it had when it was
last saved.
That is, each document keeps its' own display dimensions & position as it had
when it was last saved.

For a totally new document, the initial display dimensions & position is
arbitrary, as long as it keeps the adjusted values when it is saved, for the
next time it is loaded

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
By adding this option, a document will generally have the wanted display
dimensions & position when it is loaded, which can save a lot of time if
different documents tend to have different display values
It allows users to fine tune the display of each document.
Some might fill the screen, others use part of the screen for comparison with
other documents.
