            Bug ID: 166163
Summary: All LibreOffice suite lags when scrolling or editing
                    text
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 24.8.6.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: LibreOffice
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
All LibreOffice suite lags when scrolling through text, it's very slow when
typing and working with objects (like images or charts) is almost impossible.
This seems to be kde wayland specific. Because when i use swaywm or gnome
(wayland), or any other x11 DE/WM it does not lag.
My solution to this is to use swaywm to make edits, but is tedious to switch to
another DE to make small a editing. Please fix!

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open any LibreOffice app
2.Try editing something or scroll through text
3.

Actual Results:
Very slow and laggy interface

Expected Results:
Smooth editing experience and responsive interface

Reproducible: Always
