When exporting to XHTML a document with mathematical formulas, it would be
great to have an option to insert
<script type="text/javascript"
src="http://cdn.mathjax.org/mathjax/latest/MathJax.js?config=MML_HTMLorMML";></script>
in the header in order to workaround the lack of MathML support in the browser.
That would be something like "insert MathJax header".
