I checked, and it does not have a clipboard manager, and probably never did since it's a bare installation. I removed Libreoffice-still and installed LibreOffice-fresh, ran it in safe mode, and the problem persists. The Dell machine that is the I5-2400 also does not have a clipboard manager and never did.
