Description:
I can insert compressed packages named with Chinese and English symbols in
other ppt and pptx software, and can double-click to unzip and open, but in
libreoffice impress, it will prompt that the file cannot be loaded, and when I
use impress to open ppt and pptx files created in other software, the
compressed package name will be garbled

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put the compressed package into ppt
2. Report an error that the file cannot be loaded
3. Open ppt created by other software in libreoffice, the compressed package
file name is garbled

Actual Results:
libreoffice impress cannot insert compressed packages in ppt and pptx, and
cannot display the compressed package file name normally

Expected Results:
libreoffice impress can insert compressed packages in ppt and pptx, and can
display the compressed package file name normally

Reproducible: Always

6.4 version is quite old.
Please upgrade Ubuntu, it will upgrade LO in the same time.
You may also use LO ppa repository to have up-to-date LO versions (see
https://launchpad.net/~libreoffice/+archive/ubuntu/ppa).

Finally, please answer in English so more people may help here.
