Actually, it does not. Arial does not "cover" those Unicode points. And it is a
font fallback as provided by os/DE.

The Special Character Dialog charmap reflects that. With Arial font selected
active, enter "1d11e" HEX in the Hexadecimal: field, and for the Arial font the
charmap responds 'Missing character' in the glyph preview.

What it does not provide is the font used for the fall back.

You can tease that info out by export to PDF and then review the fonts
embedded.

On my system the two fonts covering the 1D11E codepoint are "Sans Serif
Collection" (from Google Noto) and the formentioned "Segoe UI Symbol" from MS
Windows os/DE core.

The fallback is arbitrary, why San Serif Collection rather than Segoe UI
Symbol--may be alphanumeric sort and first found.
