Description:
I have a range of cells B7:AU39 which I wish to conditional format if they are
numbers and leave alone if blank. I select the range and apply condition 1 <<
Formula is > AND(ISNUMBER(C8(, C8 <> " ") ...c8 is selected because it has a
number therein ... the cell range AS DISPLAYED IS B7:AU39.  WHEN OK & Ok are
selected the range of cells that meet the criteria and format applied are
B7:AS38. all cells are formatted as NUMBER

Steps to Reproduce:
1.do it again

Actual Results:
create a sheet with columns A:AT containing numbers. random selection of cells
to be "Spaced out" select cells and goto Format conditional manager and create
a condition AND(ISNUMBER(C8(, C8 <> " ") for selected range

Expected Results:
condition did not work
