Description:
A command palette (similar to the 'Search the Menus' option that MS Word shows
in the context menu when you right-click on text) would enormously improve
efficiency. The user won't have to drop whatever they are doing to go looking
for an option in (sub)menus, which is very distracting, (b) it requires less
mouse movement, and (c) it is more keyboard friendly.
Even if the command palette field appears near the top toolbars rather than
where the mouse pointer is, using it would still be better than looking around,
which is why it is becoming so common in applications.
