If you:
1. Insert a table (with no special formatting)
2. Right-click the table and choose "Table Properties..."
3. On the Borders tab, set some kind of visible border.
4. Select the entire table; or select an area starting before and ending after
the table
5. On the menus, choose Format > Clear Direct Formatting
Expected: Table (cell) borders are cleared.
Actual: No effect on the table (and its cells)
