.docx file used

Was trying to replace all the bold characters with another format using replace
all, but when I click it, it stops responding or its too slow to edit a 3 page
document.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open file and go to the find and replace window.

2. On find, go to Other options > Format > Font Tab > Style set to bold

3. On replace go to Other options > Format > Font Tab > Style set to bold, Size
18pt and then on the Font Effect tab change font color to orange.

4. Hit replace all and on the "To proceed with this action you must first turn
off the "undo" function. Do you want to turn off the "undo" function?" click
yes.

After that it will change the first instance and just stay there,
non-responsive. Attached is the .docx file used on this report.
