After install LibreOffice on Windows XP SP3 not working <Shift> + <Delete> -
delete files in explorer without Recycle Bin. I'm getting "File in use by
Another User or Application" message. <Delete> - delete files in explorer to
Recycle Bin work normal.
When I uninstall LibreOffice <Shift> + <Delete> work normal.
