Description:
Using the Edit \ Repeat option via the GUI or keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Y
Does not work for the Data \ Calculate \ Formula to Value option.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Cell A1 enter 1
2. Cell A2 enter 2
3. Cell B1 enter =A1
4. Cell B2 enter =A2
5. Select Cell B1 note value is "=A1" from GUI menu choose
Data\Calculate\Formula to Value. Note cell value changes to "1"
6. Select Cell B2 note value is "=A2" from GUI menu choose Edit\Repeat: Formula
to value. Note cell value remains "=A2" it SHOULD change to '2'
Actual Results:
The cell formula failed to change to it's value.
Expected Results:
The cell formula should change from '=A2' to '2'
