PRECONDITION:
hyperlink in Writer to a website which's name ends in .odt
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
the link e.g.
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/File:UmsetzungDVHandbuchLibOZeichenvorlagen.odt
is a website but is opened by Writer
only if the ".odt" is replaced by "%2Eodt":
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/File:UmsetzungDVHandbuchLibOZeichenvorlagen%2Eodt
the website is opened by the browser
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
if a link named https://xxxxxxx.odt is a website, it shall be opened by the
browser
Only a link named file://xxxxxxx.odt shall be opened by Writer?
I'm not sure how to detect if it is a website or a Writer document.
