To describe it short: * Create a new DOC file with more than 2 pages of text; * Apply "First Page" page style for the first page, "Default" page style for the rest pages (in fact the rest pages are "default" page style even you dont select) * Insert header texts for both the first page and the rest pages, save. * When reopened, both headers are ok. Now edit the header for the rest pages, except the first page, save. * When re-opened, header for the rest pages are gone. I also noticed that when there is manual page break between the 1st page and 2nd, this issue does not happen.
