UI: icon theming is managed in Preferences -> View. The appearance tab would be
better fitting
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start LibreOffice
2. LibreOffice -> Preferences (on MacOS)
3. Notice entry View & entry Appearance
Actual Results:
The icon theme better belong under appearance. It's about appearances and
related to Dark/Light setting. Dark/Light icons
Expected Results:
Icons theme should be managed under appearances
