Contextually; well, you'd see multiple ciphers in a software that cares about offering choices and security, e.g VeraCrypt, and indeed those are there. Let's put that in the case/situation of "Document" software. Shouldn't "office users", especially businesses be offered the choice to secure their files more if they want to? Or simply if they don't like using AES? To move away from that, personally, I would like to switch my encrypted documents to Twofish as an example.
