lolangdemo.odt -- demo document

This may be a bug, or if not then a need for improved documentation...

I created a Writer document containing both English and CYrillic (Bulgarian)
text. I have both English and Bulgarian keyboards and switched between them as
needed to created the document (Win-shift in my case changes keyboards while
typing).

Somehow LO has permanently locked onto Bulgarian as my intended language even
though I didn't (intentionally) change any Language settings anywhere. My
Linux locale is "en_US.UTF-8".   Specifically:

* Date fields are displayed in Bulgarian format and no English "format" options
are offered.

* A few keys are remapped to non-English characters. Specifically the
single-quote key produces the "French" double-angle open quote instead. This
is when using my regular English keyboard which is just a standard US 101 key
layout (and behaves correctly in all other windows).

The attached demo file contains screenshots of several Language-oriented
settings (all are set to "English").

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Please open the attached lolangdemo.odt
2. View->Field Shadings (checked)
3. Put cursor in the centered "Date (fixed)" field
4. Rightclick->Paragraph->Edit Style
     Notice that Language is set to "English(USA)"
   Close the style dialog.
5. rightclick->Edit Fields
     Notice that no English date styles are offered, only Bulgarian

RESULTS: Bulgarian language used
EXPECTED: English, as set in the Paragraph Language setting.

I'll also attach a PDF showing how the whole file displays for me, in case the
symptoms do not appear for you (which is not unlikely...)
