Description:
After the commit 9eb88d78c8bc9e942814eb6fc4fe06a4e5736256 it's possible to
replace existed case mapping data by calling ICU functions, until some special
exceptions need to be preserved under special conditions. Thus something as
casefolding_data.h need to be reviewed and cleaned up many of its source codes.
