Use a current daily build and open Tools > Options > Languages and Locals.
That part has the items: General, Writing Aids, Searching in Japanese, Asian
Layout, Complex Text Layout, LanguageTool Server, English Sentence Checking
Open the starting help page "Language Setting Options"

You see the items: Languages, Writing Aids, Searching in Japanese, Asian
Layout, Complex Text Layout, LanguageTool Server Options, DeepL Server Options
So errors are:
Title "Languages" instead of "General".
"DeepL Server Options" does not exist.
"English Sentence Checking" is missing.
Select item "English Sentence Checking" and click on Help button. You get a 404
error.
