Bug ID: 166480
Summary: Ambiguous extended tip "Always updates links while
loading a document, and only if ..."
Product: LibreOffice
Version: unspecified
Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: UI
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Description:
UI string 3WiMS is an extended tip which reads "Always updates links while
loading a document, and only if the document is in a trusted file location or
the global security level is Low (Not recommended)."
The phrasing ("Always ... and only if") is quite ambiguous, leaving the meaning
unclear. Are links really updated always (unconditionally)? Or do the mentioned
conditions in fact apply (in which case "always" is misleading)?
Steps to Reproduce:
1. See
https://translations.documentfoundation.org/translate/libo_ui-master/swmessages/en/?checksum=0e45ac10c668cc69
