I don't get the strange infobar behaviour you describe with the unchecked
document (when trying to reproduce from scratch): 'In “Un-checked” we get
Infobar which disappears on right-click > Edit or we can click directly on it.'

Please copy and paste here the content of your Help - About (LibreOffice -
About on macOS) by clicking the copy button. This allows us to know more about
your system.
