Thank you for reporting the bug. I was not able entirely reproduce the bug in
either of the below versions of LO. This included a resolution change to
800x600. The Properties dialog did overflow the bottom of the screen but window
operations (such as close) were still visible to me in the upper-right. Lower
window operations were not accessible as they were off-screen.

I also attempted this in version 25.8 and noted that scroll operations are
available allowing access to all functions.
