Compat14 does IF the page break is the first thing in the paragraph - before any runs. It is worth noting here that comment 2's 25.2 round-tripped file is compat12 instead of compat15. (fixed in 25.8). I remember being rather confused when trying to figure out what this bug report is about. I'm still confused, and in general I can't reproduce "additional space" in any of my bibisects. So I'm not sure what I "repro'd" in comment 8. This bug report should be re-evaluated using LO 25.8 and if there is still a problem, clear steps to reproduce should be provided.
