--- Comment #1 from Ron <[email protected]> --- A dialogue flashed onto my screen yesterday. It was identified as Kaspersky. (I have Kaspersky antivirus software installed.) It wanted to install something related to Libre Office. I was busy and clicked on the No option. I continued using the computer, including LO throughout the day and into the evening without any issues. This morning I found that my LO icon on the Taskbar was missing. I couldn't find LO anywhere. I found a text document I created using LO and double clicked and it opened with MS Wordpad or something. I double clicked a spreadsheet document I created using LO and the computer was asking me what I wanted to open it with. I then went to the Control Panel to view installed software and LO was not present. Do you like that. LO had been uninstalled. Not by me. Uninstalling software is something one would recall doing. I had retained the last LO installation download and ran it and LO installed then updated, and all is good again in the world. Was this related to that strange Kaspersky dialogue that I declined? No idea. Was it something you have done remotely? A forced update, perhaps. The issue seems more of a problem with LO and Kaspersky. You guys should have a conversation to see what's going on. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
