Nothing has changed really. The 'Load URL' is available to customize add to Menu or Toolbar. It might be feasible to include full os/DE path to that string, but not if it requires a lot of native code to implement a customized CSD. Otherwise, the StartCenter backing window thumbnail views provide full os/DE path to the document via tooltip. Not quite the request, but it does expose the full path to the UI.
