More: My real world use cases: 2 large spreadsheet files, each with multiple sheets (named tabs on the bottom). In one case, the top/first sheet is a small summary panel, so doesn't really scroll at all. Some of the "interior" sheets do have the problem listed here. In another, the first/top sheet does scroll, but does not exhibit this problem (e.g. freeze pane and position ARE maintained across saves/reloads on the top sheet). So, in my usage, yes the problem may be specific the additional sheets within a the file.
