          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 66418
          Assignee: [email protected]
           Summary: EDITING: copy-paste formatting problem
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Linux (All)
          Reporter: [email protected]
          Hardware: Other
        Whiteboard: BSA
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
           Version: 4.0.4.2 release
         Component: Presentation
           Product: LibreOffice

Problem description:

when copying something from Writer or other program into Impress, it is not
neccesary to maintain original formatting because text on Impress slides are
supposed to be larger and pretty standardized over all slides (for example,
usually font size 28 is appropriate)... but when copying from Writer, all
format styles from Writer are copied...

Steps to reproduce:
1. Write something in Writer using font 12
2. Select text and copy it to clipboard (CTRL + C)
3. Go to Impress, and click main text area
4. Paste text (CTRL + V)

Current behavior:
Original formatting from Writer will be kept.

Expected behavior:
Standard formatting in Impress should be adopted.

Operating System: Ubuntu
Version: 4.0.4.2 release
