I assume, that "112" above is a typo; then let me point out, that "d" is not
the same as "D" - and that's your error. The help article never uses
different-case format characters in the NatNum specifier and in the body of the
format.

[NatNum12 D=ordinal-number]D MMMM YYYY

works correctly.
