Description:
Themes do not work when Windows 11 high contrast mode is enabled, as all colors
are defined by the High Contrast colors, even when attempting to change the
LibreOffice theme. There should be a way to toggle this behavior.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable High Contrast Theme in system settings
Actual Results:
All colors are defined by the High Contrast theme, even when attempting to
change the LibreOffice theme.
Expected Results:
Allow for an override of the high contrast setting.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
