Test .odg file

I cannot delete what 'appears' to be a comment visually, but what is described
as an 'annotation' in the Navigator pane.

I get no context menu when right-clicking on the "1" in the small orange square
indicating the presence of the annotation.

I get no context menu at all when right-clicking on the "Annotation1" entry in
the Navigator pane.

I cannot delete "Annotation1" in the Navigator, not by selecting and hitting
"delete" nor by selecting and hitting "backspace"

See attached .odg file which exhibits the problem.
