I found the solution

No, it's not the theme that you have to change, but in appearance, you have to
go to customization, scroll down to font color and set it to white

Menu>Tools>Options>LibreOffice>Appearance>Customization>elements>font
color>color>white

I think it should be simpler than when setting up LibreOffice, we are
looking for system customization to apply it to LibreOffice
