Pro arguments are consistency with the comment indicator and the fact that this triangle is too obtrusive anyway. However, formula indicators are off by default and supposed to be visible just temporary - which then need to be more easy to spot. And the alternative value highlighting is sufficient anyway. If implemented, the color ideally becomes muted similarly to the comments color.
