See the bugs listed in https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=85521#c8 and bug 107380 as Meta bug. I see that highlight colors are not included in the palette and that shapes line and fill colors are missing. The description uses the wording "don't appear anymore". @Juergen, can you name a version where it had worked? I guess, that it never worked.
