When pasting an image into writer that is wider than the page, the aspect ratio
is locked by default. Good.
When setting "relative to ... entire paragraph area" the Width changes from
measurement units to %. Also good.
The Height should then also change to percent as opposed to remaining in
measurement units. Basically, when aspect ratio is locked, changes in displayed
units in one dimension should also change the units of the other dimension.
Also, with fixed aspect ratio, the related dimension should be "relative to ...
<other_dimension>". As is, it is possible to select two "relative to" with both
relating to page / paragraph width, this is confusing.
