No welcome to LibreOffice screen on macOS with regular launch
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice in safe-mode
2. Reset User Profile
3. Launch LibreOffice
4. Open Writer from Start Center
Actual Results:
A tip of the day, but no Welcome Screen
Expected Results:
A welcome screen; it does work in safe-mode
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
