Description:
A fix for this bug / deficiency has been requested previously by multiple
people. We need to be able to enlarge the FORMULA BAR, to make changes within
it easier. Note that "View" has no effect on it. We need a setting which
allows us to specifically enlarge the FORMULA BAR.
Actual Results:
Currently, the FORMULA BAR can not be enlarged. This is a deficiency.

We need to be able to enlarge the FORMULA BAR, with no effect on the rest of
