Description:
Page starts with blank-box, box with number "5", blank box. Additional texts
gives me choices that may change the options chosen above or continue the
option chosen above.
I want to donate $10 recurring monthly.
Clicking on boxes with no legend and only context for identification... It
scares me off from donating. (Once I signed something without reading it and
they sent me to Vietnam. Never again.)
Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:
Results are different this time. Boxes are filled in with useful legends and/or
an example amount.
Expected Results:
When I went to 'donate' this time the results were different. I'm happy.
