Description:
If the document is not shut down before turning off the computer, the user is
promoted to recover the document. If the user selects NOT to recover, a dialog
appears prompting the user to select the folder to save in. This is an error.
It should only appear if the user selects to recover the document.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Power down the computer with an open Libre Office Writer document.
2.Power on the computer and open Libre Office Writer.
3.When prompted to recover the document, select No.

Actual Results:
The erroneous dialog appears
Expected Results:
The dialog should only appear when the user selects to recover the document.
