Hi all, I've updated to the version indicated below and still see the problem,
although it seems to be less frequent. Still very unpredictable. I just now
made a copy of one of my template files, pasted some info from a website into
it, did some cell merges and word-wrapping/unwrapping, and noticed a row 10
rows or so below what I pasted in and another row a few rows further down from
there were the wrong height. I checked my template file--the rows were fine.
I made a second copy of the template and pasted in the same data, repeating the
merges and wrapping/unwrapping steps, and saw no problem. I didn't jump around
from sheet to sheet in my second copy though, as I'd done in the first one.

As a software developer, I hated intermittent and unpredictable bugs, so if you
decide to reduce the the severity and just keep an eye out for things that
might cause such problems, I won't quibble.

Regarding font sizes, yes, I would expect optimal height to adjust for that.
Word-wrapping affects optimal height too, also as I would expect.
