Description:
The theme extensions available online that were initially published for LO 25.2
and then updated to 25.8 can be installed in LO 25.2, but the wrong
incompoatible version is installed.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice
2. Go to Tools->Options->Appearance
3. Install a new theme, say Office 2003 Blue (see that you are offered the 25.8
version instead of the older compatible 25.2 version -> see screenshot)
4. Select the theme and restart.
Actual Results:
Theme is applied but nothing is themed because the theme is not compatible.
User has no way of knowing that it is an incompatibility issue as he is not
warned about it.
Expected Results:
LO should have installed the older compabile version instead of the latest one.

incompatible
