The example file roundtripped in Writer

When attachment 201457 from bug 167195 is opened in Writer, the first recorded
page break deletion gets imported correctly, but saving and reopening the file
in Word shows some corruption of the change.

1. Open attachment 201457 in Writer
2. Save as docx, reopen in Word
3. Compare the original and roundtripped files behavior about the first tracked
change:
- the Review sidebar shows only a paragraph end being deleted, not the page
break
- accepting the change in the original results in two paragraphs being merged
and inheriting the Heading 1 style of the second, number of pages changes from
3 to 2
- accepting the change in the saved file results in the Heading 1 style not
being applied, number of pages does not change
