[Bug 121130] markers.png generated from markers.svg is 118x93 instead of 117x92 and therefore markers don't fit

I have observed, that the generated 'markers.png' file becomes a lot better, if
the viewBox attribute in the 'markers.svg' file is set to viewBox="0.5 0.5 117
92".
And similar for 'cropmarkers.svg', there it should be viewBox="0.5 0.5 153 63".

Both files are in an icon-theme in svx/res. When you try it out in your
installation, do not forget to delete the cache folder. Otherwise you get no
new png file.

So contrary to what I first thought, the problem can be solved by changing the
svg-files.
