Description:
Justified text is rendered differently compared to LibreOffice causing a
different paragraph distribution

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file (modified version of  attachment 201540)
2. Open in Writer
3. Notice the last line ending with: "poetis" in Writer
4. Open the Document in Word 365. Notice the sentence ending with 'nostris'

Actual Results:
Line ending with poetis in Writer and nostris in Word

Expected Results:
Same layout
