Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file. Downloaded from:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1QGrMm6XSGWBVLI8I_DOAeJV5whoCnSdmaR8toQB2Jz8/edit#gid=0
(posted at bug 128329 comment 2)
2. CTRL+SHIFT+F9 (Hard recalculate; everything appears to be fine)
3. Delete the first sheet
4. Press CTRL+Z (undo)
5. Reference broken
