Description:
When text in a cell is formatted for a different vertical alignment, it looks
good when using the font Arial, but pretty bad when using Liberation Sans.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter some text
2. Change vertical alignment


Actual Results:
Text in Liberation Sans is positioned away from what the vertical alignment
says it should be.

Expected Results:
Same vertical alignment with Liberations Sans as it is with Arial


Reproducible: Always
