            Bug ID: 167347
Summary: FORMATTING: Hyperlink on Cell with Text orientation
                    90° or 270° seems disabled
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.3.7.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
Starting my work on a special Excel document (XLS) with hyperlinks about ten
years ago, now i continue my work with LibreOffice Calc. This document contains
many texts with vertically orientation, cells with hyperlinks too.
Unfortunately, the hyperlinks on cells with vertical text orientation (90°)
don't work. After saving this document with Calc and opening it with Excel
again these hyperlinks are OK. Reading/Saving works, just using the hyperlinks
in Calc seems to make problems.
To investigate this problem i created a new Calc document (ODS) with short
texts in the cells with variations in Text orientation angle from 270° (right
down) via 0° (normal) up to 90° (right up). So i found that hyperlinks only
don't work with the angles 270° and 90°.
File format XLS or ODS makes no difference.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Define a Cell as target (Manage Names...)
2. Define a hyperlink on another cell with this defined target and put a text
for the link into "Text"
3. The hyperlink works as expected: tooltip ".. Ctrl-click .." appears, link
works.
4. Now format the cell with the hyperlink: "Alignment - Text Orientation" 90°
or 270°.
5. The hyperlink is disabled: no tooltip appears

Actual Results:
No tooltip with hint for jumping to target appears, hyperlink is disabled.
If another cell beside the hyperlink is active and you press Ctrl while
clicking right on the position of the hyperlink, the active cell and the cell
with the hyperlink are marked. This works as multi select instead of following
the hyperlink.

Expected Results:
Tooltip with hint for jumping to target appears, hyperlink can be used

Reproducible: Always
